earn a $15 credit automatically applied in the 4th month.
Here's how this works:
Place 3 seperate monthly $75+ orders in:
Jan, Feb, & March. Enjoy Credit in April.
April, May, & June. Enjoy Credit in July.
July, August, & September. Enjoy Credit in October.
October, November & December. Enjoy Credit in January.
Terms:

- Orders must be submitted online at www.jlgreenfarm.com in order for purchase to qualify
- Purchase total is based on estimated total (tax and delivery included) at the time of checkout
- Reward will be applied to 4th orders on a quarterly basis - April, July, October, and January
- Reward can be earned up to 4 times per year (last reward given in January)
- Credit should be used the same month it’s offered
- Reward Credit will restart on January 31 of every year
- Credits earned cannot be redeemed for cash or gift cards
